RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

We have a strict 5-day return policy, which means you have exactly 5 days after your tracking link marks the item as "Delivered" to request a return.

 

⚠️ MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO RULE:

We are a strict anti-fraud company. Returns, replacements, or missing item claims will strictly NOT be processed without a continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video must clearly show the original shipping label and the process of opening the sealed package to reveal the damaged or defective product. No video = No refund.

 

Refund Processing:

If your return is approved, you will be required to ship the item back to our warehouse. Once received and physically inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original bank account or UPI within 7 business days.

Replacement/Damage/Defective products will be delivered in 7 to 10 Business days.
